Pulse provides a release decision platform for DevOps teams. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content, features, and functionality of Pulse are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the service.
Pulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pulse at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
